She is survived by : her children, Ronald Blackwell of Belleville, IL, Michelle Bauer (Bill) of Highland, IL and Charles Blackwell (Nicole) of Fenton, MO; her grandchildren, Heather, Jerry III, Tyffani (Matt), Brittany (Jeremy), Jordan, Trey, Kiyah, Emily, Vivian and Ian; her siblings, Bruce England (Donna), Brian England (Margaret Christian), Keith England (Pat), Tammie Davis (Jeff), Eileen Heepke (Jim) and Ellen Wellen (Brad); her aunt Sharon Panek; and her close friend Tiggér. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
