He is survived by : his parents, Fausto Amorado and Leonida Amorado (Madlangbayan); his wife Arlette Amorado (Apostol); his children, Dr. Patricia "Trixie" Denise Amorado (Asad Akhter) of Columbus, Cassandra "Sandy" Marie Amorado of Hartford, Conneticut and Carlo Antonio Amorado of Notre Dame, Indiana; and his siblings, Attorney Jose Amor Amorado and Dr. Florence Amorado Santos. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made in Dennis' honor to Saint Mary Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Mount Vernon or Our Lady Queen of Peace in Belleville.
