He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Victor and Mildred M. Eickemyer; and his nephew Chuck Seaman. He is survived by : his children, Norma Hipp (Tony) and Kevin Bell; his grandchildren, Michelle Jumper, Brooklynn Hipp, Justin Payne, Brody Payne, Kolten Bell, Kaden Bell and Mason Bell; his great grandchild Colt Payne; and his sister Marian Seaman of Maryville, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
