He was predeceased by : his parents, Layton M. Russell and Cora Russell; his wife Patricia Russell; his brothers, Glen Russell and Randy Russell; and his parents-in-law, Shirley and Ray Chesney, Jr..

He is survived by : his siblings-in-law, Sandra Jenkins (David), Trina Rea (Terry) of Caseyville, Raymond Chesney (Kris) of Caseyville and Lisa Chesney (Dwayne Rives) of Caseyville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the charity of donor's choice and will be received by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
