He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Brandon Michael, Daniel Lee, Tyler Dane, Shana Marcellina and Jenna Marie Foley; his mother Sharon Foley; his mother-in-law Donna Lutz; his brothers, Sean Foley (Shannon Carroll) and Jason Foley (Jill); his nieces and nephews, Connor and Kylie Foley; his brother Randy Cook (Christi); his nibling Kaylee Cook; his brother-in-law Kenny Lutz, Jr. (Jodi); and his nieces and nephews, Kenny III, Cody, Kayden and Ellie Lutz.
