Sharon L. Hampton Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 3, 2021, Sharon L. Hampton of Caseyville, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sharon L. Hampton to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Lynn Powers; her husband Charles Hampton (Chuck); her stepfather James; and her grandfather Green. She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Powers; her grandson Austin; her children, Tara Hayden (Tommy Benson) and Chuck Hampton; her grandsons, Airman Austin Compton and Joshua Compton; her siblings, Monty Powers (Kim), Char Diesel (John), Cindy Keilbach (Tom), Mike Hampton (Donna), Shelly Shrum (Mark) and Hester Knecht; and her mother-in-law Betty Hampton. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Flowers can be sent to 8826 Sterling Place, Caseyville, IL 62232 or in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family. All donations will be used to provide a special Christmas for the residents of the long-term care facility where Sharon spent the last 18 months.
