He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin T. Jasper and Fern Jasper; his wife Barbara Gayle Allen-Bandy; his sister Sandra Countryman; his sister-in-law Sharon Jasper; and his stepdaughter Vicki Migernon.
He is survived by: his sons, Corey Jasper (Jennifer) of Breese, IL and Greg Jasper (Casey) of Aviston, IL; his grandchildren, Travis Jasper (Jillian Beckmann), Tyler, Bree, Gracie and Claire Jasper; his siblings, David Jasper of Okawville, Marsha Warren (Bob Jr.) of Effingham, IL and Brian Jasper (Tosha) of Okawville; and his stepson-in-law Jim Migernon of Caseyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vitas Hospice and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
