He was predeceased by: his son Vincent Williams; his stepmother Jesse Williams (Virginia); his mother Mary; and his brother Kenneth "Bruce" Williams. He is survived by: his son Patrick Williams (Theresa) of Trenton, IL; his sisters, Theresa Zappia (Jim Brennan) of Belleville, IL and Kim Johnson (Jim) of Highland, IL; and his aunts, Carolyn Kirkendale of Baltimore, MD and Ann Williams of Norfolk, VA. He is also survived by stepsiblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or the Wounded Warrior Project.
