She was predeceased by: her father Joseph; her grandmother Street; her siblings, Darrold and Imogene; her husbands, Richard Smith of Fairmount and Gene Johnson; her daughter Tina Hubbart (Jon) of Villa Grove; her daughter-in-law Kelly Smith; and her pet Buddy.
She is survived by: her sons, Montel Smith (Kelly) of Catlin and Scott Smith of Catlin; her stepdaughter Brenda Cross; her niece Joy Haussey (Paul); her son-in-law Jon Hubbart; her grandsons, Zachary Hubbart, Austin Hubbart (Megan) and Kyle Smith (Jenni); and her great grandchildren, Lennox and Lane Smith. She is also survived by her kids, nieces, nephews, grandkids, great grandsons, and her close friends.
