He is survived by : his wife Linda O'Neil; his sons, Todd (Karen Cooley) of Catlin, Craig (Kristin) of Danville and Jason (Mackenzie) of Catlin; his grandchildren, K'la Fuentes (Stori Anderson), Tylre Ball (Crystal), Jordyn Hawkins (Clayton), Cory Woods (Anna Turner), Hayden Woods (Jenn Gonzalez), Madeline Woods, Halley Shaw (Hunter), Cooper, Kristen and Kendall Cooley; his great grandchildren, Preston, Alivia, Taytum Thomas, Hayven Torrez, Evan Perez, Parker Woods and Toby Woods; his sisters, Sandy Cosat (Cliff) and Janet Bray (Rick); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Price, Shelby Monaco (Al) and Carmel Mellinger (Ellis); and also Sandy Woods.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Catlin Church of Christ (715 W Vermilion St, Catlin, IL 61817). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
