He is survived by : his wife Betty Reynolds; his sons, David Starr (Nancy) of Flora and Stephen Starr (Gloria) of Texas; his stepdaughters, Jo Etta Phillips (Paul) of Ohio and Connie Sinclair (Mike) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Kim Alli (Sam) of Centralia, Craig Starr (Iris) of Texas, Patrick Starr (Megan), Noah Starr of Nevada, Kevin Starr and Stephanie Walters (Paden) of Texas; his stepgrandsons, Peter Phillips of Ohio and Joe Sinclair of Salem; his great grandchildren, Britni Powless (Tyler) of Iuka, Anna, Gracy, Samantha Alli of Centralia, Joy, James Starr of Texas, Diclan, McKenna Starr of Nevada and Brody Starr of Texas; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor Penock of Centralia, Tyler and Jessica Phillips of Virginia; his great great grandchildren, Matthew, Katee and Jakob Sellers of Iuka; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jude and Sawyer Penock of Centralia.
