She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Roe and Ona Roe (Gass); her husband Henry William "Bill" Hoekstra; her grandson Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Mabry Jane and Grace Elizabeth.
She is survived by : her sons, Roy Hoekstra (Teresa) of Knoxville, Terry Hoekstra (Lisa) of Effingham and Mike Hoekstra (Cathy) of Centralia, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jason Hoekstra (Julie), Scott Hoekstra (Keely), Tiffani Roop (Justin), Jacob Hoekstra (Becca), Joseph Hoekstra (Emily), Ryan Hoekstra (Hannah), Lauren Vogt (Mike), Toby Hoekstra and Anna Hoekstra; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Lainey, Holland, Nathaniel, Samuel, Luke, Eliana, Alia, Matthew, Alex, Nora, Noel and Izzy; and her sister Vivian McFarland of Greenville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Beth's honor to Love Packages which distributes new and used bibles throughout the world.
