He was predeceased by: his parents, Renzo Phelps and Eleanor Phelps; his brother Kenneth Leon Phelps; his sister-in-law Doris Jean Phelps (Weems); his sister Phyllis Jean Robbins (White); his brothers-in-law, James Edward White (Jim), Harold Glenn Robbins and William Lee Wadkins (Bill); his son-in-law Terry Randall Reese (Randy); his grandson Cody Michael Phelps; and his great grandchild Lilith Lynn-Marie Weyler.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Ann Wadkins (Phelps); his children, Tina Marie Weyler (Nolan), Jana Rae Wilmoth (Reese), Donald Lee Phelps Phelps (Amber Marie (Harris)) and Joanie Lynn Phelps; and his close friend Mary Ann Bell.
