She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Wallis and Edna Wallis (Creed). She is survived by: her husband Robert Eugene Hafeli; her children, Cheryl Ann Brinkmann of Carlyle and Michael Hafeli (Hazel) of Kell; her grandchildren, Kendra Boehl (Douglas) and Cory Brinkmann; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Wyatt and Hannah. She is also survived by extended family, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Doris' honor to SSM Hospice or Centralia Manor Activity Fund and will be accepted for her family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home 234 S. Elm Centralia.
