She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smith and Veronica Smith (Klein); her husband Jack Hartley; her sons, Kirk Hartley and Brad Hartley; her siblings, Elaine Smith, Peggy Williams (Mel) and Wallace Smith; her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Allen and Roger Hartley; Connie Black.
She is survived by: her daughters, Chris Schaflein (Charles) of Saint Louis, Jan Copple (Tony) of Turlock and Robin Espinoza (Rich) of Gallatin, Tennessee; her daughter-in-law Dawn Gard of Dix, Illinois; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Hartley (Suzanne) of Phoenix, Arizona and Norma Smith of Glen Carbon, Illinois.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Hartley's honor to Accent Care Hospice in Saint Louis, Missouri, American Heart Association, or St. Mary Catholic Church in Centralia, Illinois, and will be received at the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois.
