He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Grady and Delores Grady (Hilmes); his daughter Christy Grady; and his brother Mark Grady. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Grady of Centralia; his daughter Misty Grady of Carterville; and his siblings, Michael "Hootie" Grady, Kim Grady and Lisa Grady Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
