He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Worley and Octa Ann Worley (Davison). He is survived by: his wife Connie Worley (Box) of Centralia; his children, Eileen Thompson (Leroy) of Vernon, Johnny Worley of Centralia and David Worley of Centralia; his grandchildren, Levi, Leann, Jason, Alexa, Adriana and Lydia; his great grandchildren, Emmitt, Maddie, Lane, Dillon and Cody; and his sister Audra Curtis of Zenia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
