She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry John Zach and Zelma Zach (Williams); her sisters, Loretta Beppler and Diane McNelly; her half-sister Jenelle Brewer; her niece Crystal Atchison; and her brother-in-law Ronnie Atchison.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Cook of Centralia, John Marshall of Centralia, Timothy Marshall of Centralia and Nicole Lewis of Centralia; and her sisters, Nancy Atchison of Dix and Kathy Kingsley (Dale) of Centralia. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
