He is survived by: his children, Sky Carter of Seattle, Dee Dee Black of Centralia, Cindy Lissolo and Larry of Kansas City, Kansas; and his brother Calvin Stalls (Evelyn). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren.
