He is survived by: his parents, Charles Baker and Tina Foutch; his stepparents, Cambryn Baker and Jerome Howard, Sr. of Centralia; his children, Landyn, Bailey and Layla Baker; his siblings, Jarren Baker of Centralia, Joshua Foutch of Centralia, Jared Simcox of Centralia, Jerome Howard, Jr. (Brittany) of Centralia, Cole Gentz of Cleveland, OH, Jordan Sanders of Centralia, JaVari Baker of Centralia, Justyce Berger (Charlie) of Centralia, JaLisa Howard of Cleveland, OH, Joy Howard of Cleveland, OH and Alicia Armstrong of Ohio; his aunt Debra Fletcher (Marie Hernandez) of Centralia; and his cousin Marlaina. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
