He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Neal Eubanks, I; his grandparents, George Russell, Hazel Lucille Eubanks, James Clarence and Freda Bottomley (Dirler); and his aunt Carole Wells (Bottomley).
He is survived by: his mother Janet Eubanks (Bottomley) of Du Quoin; his sons, Christian (James), Tyler Skorch of Tamaroa and Trevor Eubanks of Mt. Vernon; his siblings, Benjamin Neal Eubanks, II (Cathy) of Ormond Beach, Florida and Susan M. Harris (Kevin) of Ballwin, Missouri; and his uncles, Russell Eubanks (Kay) of Pinckneyville and Ronald Bottomley (Barbara) of Morris. He is also survived by three beautiful granddaughters.
