He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Hammock and Helen Hammock (Sylvester); and his siblings, Warren Hammock, Sharon Neathery and Carolyn Hammock.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hammock of Centralia; his daughters, Morgan Hammock of Centralia, Tiffany Hammock of Centralia and Ann Hammock of Mt. Vernon; his stepdaughter Corrine of Rockford; and his grandchildren, Kyler, Amara, Champaign, Jean Skinner of Long Beach and Marilyn Powell of Gulf Port, Mississippi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
