She was predeceased by: her father James Holmes. She is survived by: her mother Linda Lucas Holmes; her daughter Breann Smith of Odin; her siblings, Lucas Holmes of Salem and Heather Holmes of Centralia; her uncle David Lucas of Salem; and her aunts, Glenda Black (Curt) of Salem and Brenda Williams (Chris) of Kell.
