He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Ray and Dottie Ray (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Morgan; his children, Cydney Richardson (Lewis) of Centralia, Montel O'Sullivan (Brian) of Centralia and Shannon Ray of Centralia; his granddaughter Holland Favier (Shane) of Pinckneyville; his great grandchild Sophia Favier; and his sisters, Roberta Young (Everett) of Flora and Vickie Sachau of Flora.
Memorials may be made in Jerry's honor to the Animal Rescue of Southern Illinois in Hoyleton.
