She was predeceased by: her sister Rhonda Withrow. She is survived by: her parents, Roy Ross and Gladys Ross (Adkins); her daughter Sarah Ross of Centralia; Charles Sebastian Wilson of Centralia and Roberta Lynn Wilson of Centralia.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the First Apostolic Church in Centralia in her memory and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home, located at 235 North Sycamore Street, Centralia, Illinois 62801 (618) 532-3523, who is honored to care for Jolinda's family.
