She was predeceased by: her parents, Vince Blankenship and Huldie "Annie" Blankenship (Matney); her husband Herbert D. Gregory; her siblings, Cleve Blankenship (Willie), Pearl Justus (Wayne), Harrison Blankenship (Alene), Joe Blankenship (Jody), Laura Bailey (Walt), Harry Blankenship and Vince Blankenship Jr.; and her brother-in-law Clarence Elliott.

She is survived by: her sons, Darrell Gregory of Centralia and Richard Gregory (Celeste) of Centralia; her stepsons, John Gregory (Ann) and T. J. Biggers (Sarah); her grandchildren, Justin Gregory (Shaylah), Rebekah Gregory and Nathanael Gregory; her stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Gregory, Jenna Gregory, Daniel Biggers, Erika Biggers, Paris Hill and Savannah Hill; her siblings, Ada Elliott, Dolly Loukmas (Nick), Loretta Baker (Nelson), Sue Elkins (Les) and Ken Blankenship (Lois); her sister-in-law Shine Blankenship; and her extended family, Michael Shawn Hiltibidal (Jerri Ann), Jeremy Hiltibidal (Anna), Elisabeth Barlock (Adam) of Centralia and Zachary Hiltibidal of Centralia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorials may be made in June's honor to the family to help with expenses.
