She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Tendick and Mildred Dorothy Tendick (Hahn); and her brother Roy Tendick. She is survived by: her daughter Jana Donoho of Centralia; her brother Donald Tendick (Corrine) of Virginia; and her niece Eileen Perry of Virginia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
