He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Sr. Lawson and Veola Lawson (Willis); and his brother Darwin Lawson. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Lawson Jr. and Andrew McDaniel of Centralia, IL; and his siblings, Rolland Lawson Jr. (Agnes) of Henderson, NV, Calvin Lawson (Dana) of Centralia, IL and Algerine Norris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
