He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Johnson (Swan); and his brother Les Johnson. He is survived by: his father Earl Johnson; his wife Linda Johnson of Centralia; his children, Kristy Fahrenwald, Rebecca Ball, Amy Johnson, Tracy Karcher, Vance Johnson and Jeffrey Johnson; and his sister Kathy Woodcock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
