She is survived by: her children, Michael Cooksey (Donna) of Centralia, IL, Diana Cozadd (Brian) of Springfield, IL, Gina Richardson (Randal) of Carlyle, IL and Joseph Cooksey (Teresa) of Centralia, IL; her grandchildren, Jennifer McCarrey, Amanda Cooksey of Centralia, IL, Jason Israel (Alicia) of Crown Point, IN and Andrew Cooksey (Sierra) of O'Fallen, MO; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Colton, Layla, Collin, Michael, Emmett and Savannah; her son Joe; and her pets, Willy and Lilly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.
