She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Cole and Valerie Cole (Mason); and her sister-in-law Susie Cole. She is survived by: her husband Martin D. Basola; her children, Michelle Basola, Scott Cooper of Hayward, WI, Stacy Morrow of Appleton, WI, Martin J. Basola and Heather of Martinsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jake Thorndyke, Jonathan Hethmon, Lizabeth and Kayleigh Conlon; her great grandchildren, Makenzie Thorndyke, Bo Thorndyke and Lucas Thorndyke; and her siblings, John Cole of Salem, IL and Jane (Vic Sherhart). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Pam's memory to Centralia Humane Society.
