She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Austin and Florence Austin (McClelland); her husband Wayne Blunt; and her son Mark Blunt. She is survived by: her son Brent Blunt (Amy) of Williston, SC; her grandchildren, Gage Lawson, Chloe Hiatt, John David Hiatt, Anne Marie Truman and Chandler Griffin; her daughter-in-law Sherry Redmond (David); her grandchildren-in-law, Xander, Natalie, Trent Swagler (Shanda) and Heather Lambert (Kenny); Dexter, Xada, Drakeland and Tatum.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Macz Funeral Home - Centralia (234 S Elm St, Centralia, IL 62801). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Phyllis' honor to the Donor's Choice.
