We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2025, at the age of 89, Phyllis Ann Guthrie of Centralia, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Chambers and Mildred Mae Chambers (Cole); her brother Steve Chambers; her granddaughter Erin Michelle Powers; and her great grandchild Jacie Anne Osborne.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Guthrie (Lisa) of Centralia and Brent Guthrie (Janice) of Carlyle; her grandchildren, Garett Guthrie (Amanda), Macie Osborne (Jarrett) and Alexander Powers (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Eloise Ann Guthrie, Gabriel Osborne, Charrlotte Osborne, Levi Osborne, Kaiden Osborne, Harper Powers and Ezra Powers; and her friend Nancy Clark of Centralia.
Memorials may be made in Phyllis' honor to the Humane Society and will be accepted for the family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home 234 South Elm St. Centralia, IL 62801.
