Ramona Cushman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2026, at the age of 74, Ramona Cushman of Centralia, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Hugo and Garnell Hugo (Mattmiller); her former husband Darwin "Gene" Cushman Jr.; and her brother-in-law Steve Knuff. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jayden, Jaxon and Julia; and her siblings, Roger Hugo, Roxann Knuff of Carlyle and Rhonda Mackey (Lenny) of Carlyle. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macz Funeral Home - Centralia (234 S Elm St, Centralia, IL 62801). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Ramona's honor to Darwin Cushman to go to further Ramona's grandchildren's schooling.
