Roger King Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger King of Centralia, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Sr. King and Dorothy King (Edwards); his siblings, Betty Walker, Carol King and John King; and his siblings-in-law, Daisy King and Al Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley King of Centralia; his children, Garren King (Shelby) of Lakeland and Lisa Wallace (Van) of Seymore, IN; his grandchildren, Maddox, Anna, Remington, Stella and Maci; his brother Alva "Bud" King of Sandoval; and his sister-in-law Susie King of Centralia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Memorials may be made in Roger's honor to the St. Jude Children's Hospital and will be accepted for the family at Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
