She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Hugo and Evelyn Hugo; her uncle Irvin; and her aunt Esther Hassebrock. She is survived by: her husband Richard Blue; her daughter Tracie Sill (Terry); her grandchildren, Cody Sill and Molly Sill; her caregiver Brenda Hubbs of Centralia; her son Rick Blue (Pam) of Odin; and her grandchild Kelsie Blue.
