She was predeceased by: her mother Mable Wilkins (Daniels); her husband Donald L. Bollhorst; her parent Hap Aaron Wilkins; her son Gregory Bollhorst; her siblings, Omer, Johnny, Dale Wilkins, Edith Whittaker, Pat Hirsch and Joyce Lance; and her son-in-law J. R. White.
She is survived by: her children, Dewayne Bollhorst, Josh Cook, Cindy Cash (Steve) of Junction City, Donna Kirgan (Fred) of Salem, Rebecca White (Herb DeKalb) of Centralia and Crystal Bollhorst of Centralia; her grandchildren, Julie, Bobby, Stephen, JaVanna, Jason, Raymond, Cynthia, Andrew, Scott, Charlie, Kiera, Rylan, Tyler, Anna, Angel, Jenna, Tacola, Bray, Gage, Emma, Jayden, Wayne, Kinlee, Donnie, Lorelei, Willy and Tori; and her pet Mia.
