It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammie Ely of Centralia, Illinois, born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Young and Elsie Young. She is survived by : her children, Shannon Burlingame of Sorento, Jammie Melton (Christopher) of Centralia, Beth Ely of Centralia, Brian Ely of Centralia, Justin Ely and Amber Miller of Centralia; her grandchildren, Tiffany Foutch, Jacob Foutch, Jordan Curtis, Jeb Curtis, Brooklyn Garcia-Ely, Lilyana Ely, Madysin Ely, Jordyn Ely, Angel Ely, Remmington Ely, Blake Mummel and Briley Redfern; her great grandchildren, Adilynn Gallatin, Riley Scott and Oakley Morgan; and her siblings, Earl Sickbert of Indiana, Penny Sickbert-Jacobs of Ohio and Tammy Huntsman of Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
