Terri L. Simon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2025, at the age of 69, Terri L. Simon (Centralia, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Braden and Laura Eileen Braden (Sanders); her husband Jim Simon of Collinsville; her children, Laura Snider (Bonnie Nichols) of St. Charles, Missouri, Tim Simon of Marine, Illinois, Ashley Parkinson of Godfrey, Illinois and Jamie Curry (William) of Deer Park, Texas.; her grandchildren, Kylee Simon, Judson Curry, Noah Simon, Emerson Vonder Haar and Tilden Oakes Curry; her sister Norma Curtis Reynolds of Mt. Vernon; her son Robert Snider; her siblings, Bernadine Edmonds, Sondra Newcomb, Clayton Braden, Frank Braden and Kenny Campbell; and her pets, Gabby and Benjamin. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home (235 N Sycamore St, Centralia, IL 62801). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to Mid-America Transplant and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremation Services located at 235 North Sycamore Street, Centralia, Illinois 62801.
