She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Lewis and Mable Lewis (Simpson); her husband Bobby Dugan; and her son Gary Dugan. She is survived by: her children, Bill Dugan (Cindy) of Central City and Karen Campbell (Bruce) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Tim Dugan of Centralia, Tara Waters (Tony) of Centralia and Tracey Fortag (Michael) of Huron; her great grandchildren, Chase Moulder, Connor Moulder, Dylan Fortag, Ethan Fortag, Mikey Fortag, Lilly Sue Fortag and Rayann Fortag; and her brother Charles Lewis of Columbia, MO.
