With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn J. Weaver of Chadwick, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess W. Schreiner and Bessie H. Schreiner (Collinson); her husband James C. Weaver; and her brother Eugene Schreiner. She is survived by: her children, Pam Elder (Tom) of Corinth, TX and Perry Weaver of Chadwick; her grandchildren, Mike Elder (Elsa), Mark Elder (Yunie), Matt Elder, Nathan Weaver (Tesla) and Amanda Doty (Jon); her great grandchildren, Alexis, Ayden (Ellora), Ashton, Axel, Edison, Isaac, Benjamin, Joshua, Nevaeh Elder, Madison Stevens, Gunnar Jayne, Xander, Maleena, Natalie, Wyatt Weaver, Anthony Claudin, Brayden and Renea Doty; and her great great grandchildren, Eleanor and Lawrence Elder.

In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to her church in her memory.
