With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Lattyak of Champaign, Illinois, born in Atlantic, Iowa, who passed away on September 16, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Freese and Beverly Freese; her husband Bernard Lattyak; and her brother Kent Freese. She is survived by : her children, Dree Atwood (Lucas) and Jake Lattyak; and her granddaughters, Isabela and Kennedy Atwood.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Barbara's name to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
