She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Hillemeier and Genevieve Hillemeier (O'Neal). She is survived by: her husband Richard J. O'Neill (Dick); her grandchildren, Henry O'Neill Washburn of Chicago, IL and Eleanor Murphy Washburn of Nashville, TN.; her sister Karen Harris (Brent) of Fresno, CA; and her nephews, Douglas Harris (Michelle) of Danville, CA. and Ryan Harris (Lena) of Folsom, CA..
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church (1303 Lincolnshire Dr, Champaign, IL 61821). A reception will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM and at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the University of Illinois Foundation.
