He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Wisner and Ellen Wisner (Fogleman); and his sister Nedra Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Joe Wisner (Donna) of Forsyth and Becky Jakubowski (Paul) of Hainesville; and his grandchildren, Megan Glennon (Derek) of Crystal Lake, Katie Hickey (Ross) of Huntley, Jennifer Bryan (Will) of Forsyth, Avery Jakubowski of San Antonio and Rachel Burns (Blaine) of Forsyth.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Daily Bread Soup Kitchen and Alzheimer's Association.
