She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark W. O'Neill and Dorothea E. O'Neill (Cooke); her husband Jack L. Dixon; and her son Mark. She is survived by: her children, Rick Dixon (Cheryl) of Mahomet, Illinois and Debbie Kara (Dan) of Claremore, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Chris Kara of Claremore, Oklahoma, Jason Dixon (Rhonda) of Denton, Texas, Phillip Kara (Stephanie) of Keller, Texas and Kaitlin Southworth (Kevin) of Champaign; and her sister Mary Katherine O'Neill-O'Connor of Scottsdale, Arizona.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Patrick's School in Pana, Illinois.
