He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna J. Brinegar; his parents, Austin T. Brinegar and Christine Brinegar; his children, Pam Straughan (Steve), Tammy Leigh, Mark and Jeff Brinegar (Stefanie); his grandchildren, Jenna (Michael), Jerron (Lauryn), McCall (Matthew), Justin and Josie; and his siblings, Mary Shoup (Hal) and Jim Brinegar (Merrie). He was also cherished by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
