She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond De Leon and Theodora Martinez; and her children, Francisco Vargas, Jr. and Michealina Christina Helm. She is survived by: her daughter Juanita Renee Helm Ochoa of Roberts; her grandchildren, Frank, James, Vincent, Daniel, Ariel, Bianca and Michael; and her siblings, Gloria Barrera of Cicero, Jesse Martinez of Chicago and Ray Martinez of Chicago. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
