We are sad to announce that, on February 20, 2026, at the age of 51, Jason Hartrick of Champaign, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jason may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jason touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Steven; his brother Ben Hettinger; his grandparents, Dale, Doris Eggers, Perry and Frances Hartrick; and his cousin Amy Hess.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Hartrick (Connour); his children, Isaac and Emma; his mother Marsha; and his brothers, Brian and Kyle.
