She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Helle and Ardella Helle; her husband Jerry; her siblings, Louis, Betty Helle, Joe, Peggy Helle, Wilma and Dale Menson; and her brother-in-law Leonard Thein.

She is survived by : her children, Jane Cox of Urbana, Jeff Cox (Joan) of Jefferson Ga and Susan Bensyl (Ken) of St. Joseph; her grandchildren, Katie Branhamn (James), Joe Cox, Ryan Cox and Cole Bensyl; and her siblings, Shirly Thien, David Helle (Leslie) and Wayne Helle (Kathy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
