She was predeceased by: her parents, Seymour Lewis and Helen Lewis (Hulse); and her siblings, Barbara Comstock, Sharon Cook and Donald Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Moon (Billy); her grandchildren, Haley Moon, Austin Moon and Billy Joe Moon (Alex); and her siblings, Linda Richards, Patti McManus and Russell Lewis (Carolyn). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mahomet United Methodist Church or St. Judes.
